Sorry I didn't pop on yesterday,was a bit hectic.

Dinah - the holiday plans all sound brilliant, bet you are excited.

Last day at work was really nice, we went for our lunch and I was drinking non alcoholic mojitos and had a salad , and then a whole baby chicken and desert so did very well! We went back to work and I was given flowers and two cards with loads of lovely messages. Then I got a bit emotional as I said bye to everyone. Nice to think I can have a couple of weeks of relaxation time now though.

Sounds like the last day went really well. They obviously think very highly of you as a lot of thought seems to have gone into making your last day special.

You put your feet up now and relax before that baby arrives!

Lol £319 each, AI, flying from our local airport (luckily the cheapest one nationally!) it was one of the last two rooms. I'm chuffed to bits as I've looked at it for othe weeks and the cheapest I've found AI for 7 nights at that hotel any other week is £629! Even B & B in out of season term time is usually a min of £455 so I think we were pretty lucky. I'm always a bit scared of AI but all the reviews say the food is amazing and very varied - and it has a pudding station just like Dubai!

Pudding stations are always good! Lol!

Well we booked our flights to Portugal this evening. £76 return and at our local airport too. Am just looking at some villas in Lagos and they look stunning. We need to go self-catering as it will be easier for Max. I am hoping we can pull it in for under £250 per adult. We have 2 friends coming with us too!

I have indeed been trying to keep my feet up as much as possible. Meant to be visiting my Grandma today but she had a fall last night trying to carry something upstairs, so she has ended up in hospital so we might end up there instead!

What a bargain holiday Dinah, pudding station sounds amazing!

CMD - yay for booking flights. Never been to Portugal myself but sure it is lovely. Will be a really nice holiday before baby no2.

You last day at work sounds it was lovely though Wendz, you really do work in one of the nicest places from what you've said of them! Enjoy the next weeks of relaxing as best you can, really hope your Nan is okay x

While your dealing with the criminal fraternity, I have managed to order the some Canadian Dollars for delivery for next week. Off to Canada next Sunday for work.

Used the comparison page on MSE and went with The Change Group as free delivery and also paid via fast payment from the bank so avoiding any bank charges as sometimes currency is seen as a cash advance (had that with the post office before now). Cash is sent special delivery so should be sent out on Monday.
