Massive Lancome Boots Boosting Glitch

Thanks so much for posting this points glitch. I've just received my confirmation despatch email and they've cancelled three of my items.

According to their email they will still honour all the points though:

What happens how?

You will not be charged for items we have cancelled
If you have ordered a promotional item, but had the free item cancelled and we have despatched the chargeable items, please be assured we will refund one of these items. This is to ensure you are not disadvantaged.
You will still receive all Boots Advantage Card points promised Fingers crossed!

YOU JUST HIT THE JACKPOT

You dont have to pay for the items and wont recieve them but you'll still get the points.

I've never really tried to boost my Boots points before but will perhaps take more notice of these threads now that Mr T points are not going to be as lucrative :T

Edit to say I missed all the cheaper items unfortunately as I only placed my order today!

Even more of a bargain then.

I'd forgotten ive had this happen to me before a long time ago until you'd mentioned it, It was when i ordered a pushchair for my baby, cost £250 but i acculated £60 worth of points and it got cancelled as it was out of stock but i still got to keep the points.

Hi jazz (remember you from ye old boots thread) no it womt be same on thursday coz extra points per 50.00 spend ends tonight,> i also think offer will change on tuesday night if Ive remebered right. Nice to see an old face iykwim x x

Boots site really does not like me! I placed some items in my basket yesterday and when I log in tonight it keeps saying generic error, it has done this in the past but boots just tell me they don't know why this is happening!!!!!! Aghhhh so frustrating!

Log out then clear cookies, or create new email adress> this has worked for me in the past hth x

Thanks again for this, it seemed to give me 2000 points per 2 Lancome items ordered, i ordered 6 + 1000 per £50 spent ( i spent £150) + 1000 on £100 spend so i gained 10600 pionts today, Thankyou AAAA+++++ V Happy!
