Always *always* collect your points before collecting your goods from store. That way, if you don't get what you are due, you have the option of not collecting the goods and you will be refunded automatically. But you cannot return cosmetics after they have been collected and taken away. HTH someone.

I always opt for store collection just in case.

I noticed in Birmingham High Street the offer is on instore and is available until 30th October. They are also having their shopping night on Thursday 28th. IF this worked instore, this would be even better as it is 1200 bonus points per £50 spend.

Has anyone tried instore? I wasn't brave enough to go and ask the nicely made up lady to try! However, I might be brave on Thursday!

Just had my juicy tubes - 8 different ones for xmas presents - my advantage total on top of statement is 448 standard points, 1060 bonus points, help someone, surely this is not correct as I from my confirmation was 11048? do i just check instore on machine in a few days time? perhaps they not honouring the glitch?

You could check online under advantage card and it will show you how many points you have pending, if its not up yet check again tomorrow.

Iirc they can only put a maximum amount but you will still get the full points and yes if something is oos you do still get to keep the points.
