    Can anyone confirm when points are added to card?

    I popped into my local store today and my points were still £4.xx

    5 days after dispatch you have to put your card in the ATM and the points will be added automatically. A screen will pop up sayin xxxxx points to be added.

    There sometimes added sooner but not until after the order has been dispatched.

    as others have said, 5 days from despatch... and as soon as they're on there, I'm going to spend them. Kinda fancy a new camera ;)

    Once you've spent them, Mr B can't take them back... :p

    Thanks very much for this OP.. was very excited as needed some new makeup.. but have been trying for the past hour and everytime i try and view basket all i get is Generic error :-(
    Tried cancelling reloading and all sorts

    Just added 2 mascaras and its not giving me the ponts, have they fixed the glitch?

    It is possible to have a negative balance on your advantage card, it's happened before to bootsers, but they wont take your points back once they give them to you unless you take items back for a refund or if your caught abusing the system ie parenting club multiple accounts :)

    Also I read that if you order items and have had your order fully confirmed and then they cancel items due to insufficient stock they will still give you the points. Can anyone confirm?

    Thanks, I haven't abused the system but I know of people that have had their points removed. Rather safe than sorry lol.

    If my card went negative, I just wouldn't use it again :p
