Hi all,

just a quick update, I still have no chq after 14 days, send them another email gave them another 7 days, CS came back and apologised. ask me to give him my a/c #, so that he can refund direct to my a/c.

I have my chq back amount credit to my a/c this evening. second claim coming in 2 weeks, keep my finger cross they wont mess it up again.
