Travelodge Hotel Sale in London?

Travelodge are offering some cheap rooms again from Monday as I am sure many of you know.

I am planning a trip down to London sometime in the next couple of months. Does anybody know if Travelodge ever offer discounted rooms anywhere in London? I am not expecting £9 rooms, but any reduced price is good. If so I will be there at 6am on Monday trying to book!

My email says the sale starts on Thursday 28th October at 6am. There was a sale in previous sale in September for dates Nov to Jan with some £12 London rooms available the end of December, so my guess is may be some rooms after that period on sale (end Jan, Feb and Mar), but these would be very limited and go quick. The sale often starts and hour or more before 6am if you do a search of previous TL sale posts. I would save the link with London saver rooms in your favourites to get on quickly and refresh as the link tends to go down. Also it might be worth looking at hotels outside of the centre as these often have the saver rooms such as London Park Royal (Wembley TL often has but in a high crime area).

Yeah, just spotted this on HUKD, can't say if this will include London though. Looks like the £9 rooms go very quickly too. Might be worth considering to check the Cashback-Sites Maximiser as well.

    Have a look here.

Hope you find what you're looking for!

I've had £9 / £15 / £19 / £22 rooms in the Kings Cross Royal Scot (not a particularly salubrious one), Tower Bridge and City Road ones before now in sales. I have £15 and £22 rooms at the Tower Bridge one booked for January from the last Travelodge sale, but they go very quickly and I'd be surprised if there are many more on offer for the same period this second time round.....

Just beware of the "Covent Garden" one. We were put underground with a little window viewing an underground utility area - itself not a catastrophe, but the jet-engine drone of ventilation machinery was unbelievable and it was 30 deg c with no adjustable air con (Sept).

I've not stayed in this one myself, but I've read on this board before that the trick is to always book a family room to ensure that you will be in the better of the two buildings that make up this hotel.

Not sure what to do now.

I want to go to London between 27th and 28th December.

Going to need two rooms and found a good offer at a Travel lodge.

Should I now wait until Thursday in the hope they will go down or will the prices go up because we move under 2 months from when I want to go!!

It depends on how much they tend to go up after the 2 months has passed.
