    instructions?

try plugging the ethernet connection into it, then doing

    start, run, cmd

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew

    then ipconfig /all

see if it picks up a 192.168.2.x ip address

if it does, go to http://192.168.2.1 in IE

    yep.. see post 22..

When you went to 192.168.2.1 what happened?

Are you in the config screen, if so, you need to give it a WPA-PSK 63 character key,

    https://www.grc.com/passwords

then you tell your PC the same key, using copy and paste.

You can choose one if you prefer, but it won't be as secure.

You have to configure it using ethernet, you tell it the secret key, then use that secret key to enable you to connect using wireless, otherwise everyone in your vicinity would be able to connect.

Might be easier if you call their helpline.. 0845 607 7787
