  • yes, 3 months has flown by hasn't it. Not wanting to wish my life away, but I hope the rest of the year goes as fast!!

I wouldn't hold your breath for an early discharge tbh - I'm expecting to have to go the distance, as I am working without an IPA at the moment.

unfortunatly not, case has been passed on to the rtlu? or collection of asset side of things. have been asked to get a valuation of the house. if its in negative equity (which it is) we will have to find the £211 costs and pay 1K instead of £1 to get our BI back to us as well as solicitors fees to act on our behalf:eek:

we were told we would be recommended for ed but im expecting to go the full 12 months
  • well, got home from work today, letter from insolvency service on the mat.....all the rushing feelings of panic filling me up again...don't ever think that will leave me! Anyways, much to my surprise, after reading on here that they are no longer processing ED paperwork, having sent all my papers back in March, I've got a letter confirming my ED has been done....so thats it, ........wow, really has been a surprise, but a very nice one!!
