Or sell the debt to a savy American company that takes no prisoners.;)

What debt? As no credit agreement was ever signed by the motorist, there is no "debt".
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Business must be slow. Spending a lot of time here aren't we ?

Anyway, you didn't answer a previous question whether you had a specific interest in this topic, say, as an employee for a Parking Company ? For example ,as an Office Manager for UKCPS?

Of course I have an interest, I'm posting aren't I? Have I not presented some facts to an otherwise folklore thread? To recap: the law is an uncertainty, be cautious; don't believe the internet and members who hide behind nics, people have been pinged with CCJs, keep your charge notices and letters of demand for six years just incase.

Being a man of principle :rotfl:,you will no doubt agree that being open and upfront about your status is only fair so that readers can take it into account when hearing your views.

As an example, my interest here is as a retired person who received a totally invalid invoice for £90 for not contravening any parking rules.

Absolutely, I will reveal who I am once each and everyone one of you reveals their true names, address', occupation and company they work for.

I'm not offering any legal advice other than common sense. If you are willing to embrace speculation and heresay from anonymous members as godspeak, then you have made an uninformed decision. If you have made a call to a reputable solicitor firm and they have given you an ironclad guarantee you can ignore charge notices and letters of demand, I'm sure the rest of us would be be grateful if you posted a copy of the correspendence.
A stitch in time means you can't afford a new one.

Or worse, something like "Leiberman, Miller and Maher"....pound of flesh and all that.;)

I and many others are still waiting for you to produce unequivocal proof where a PPC as won a court case citing "Contractual Agreement's"

Are you going to supply proof or make yourself look a bigger fool trying to defend PPC's?

Prove a PPC as won on Contractual ground's, just one court case, go on do it.

    You can't that's why. Imbecile.

I beg your pardon? Your post indicates a very poor moral code, that you have to reduce your communications to abuse. Perhaps more time getting your esteem levels up, might help solve your lacking communication skills.

I'm not answerable to you. Just because you may bully your way through life, doesn't mean many of us accept your victimisation. Here you are indignant about the apparent poor form of PPCs and you display an overt deficient maturity by resorting to name calling.

You do yourself an injustice by behaving like a thug.
