Sassy you don't make the rules on this forum, also you don't enforce them either, you and stigy arguing on here is not offering advice, you are frankly driving people away from here with your egos, this thread is supposed to help people, but I can see very little help on here!
Basically your advice is very very wrong at times sassy and you have been called on it many many occasions, why don't you simply stick to things you know instead of guesswork ? The advice of ignoring ppcs are the correct one, but some of your advice on this thread is basically wrong!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

The thread will remain open until MSE decide, not you.

Im sorry but this is disgusting. since when did you decide what post or threads stay active? you are not a board guide nor mod nor the owner of this site and i find it horrific that you have now taken it upon yourself to decide whether this thread gets closed or not. This thread was started to warn others, weather they are already registered here on MoneySavingExpert or coming from a search engine that they do not have to pay any invoice nor one which is issued under the limited few station car parks that are covered by the railway bylaw, as this would need to prove whom the driver was at the said time and date, which in most cases, would not be able to prove.
This is also wrong as i have had many prosecutions issued by the relevant people under the railway bylaw - including the police.
And there are many many many railway stations that are covered under the bylaw - not a few as you so claim.
i am disgusted by this post. How dare you try and claim your working with the board guides to keep the thread how you want it.one of the famous 50 -

Guys, I have been in touch again earlier this morning with Site Admin.
I have brought to there attention a number of issues I personally have with this thread and 'one or two' certain users posting attempting to disrupt this thread.
This thread will remain active, until such a time I feel it becomes necessary to close this thread, arguing or alike will not cause me to have this thread closed, so any attempt to do such will fail.
Please may I request that posters in this thread stick on topic of this thread, i.e APCOA and railway station car park 'invoices'.
Failure to do so from this point will give me no other choice than to report any posts that do not respect this rule to this thread.
To others, please ignore the certain posters who believe they are know it all,s Site Admin are fully aware and are monitoring the situation.
Please can we free the MODS up for real things and ignore those who wish to post statements they clearly do not know the true correct facts and those who are ill-informed.
We are here to help and advise others that they do not have to be extorted for monies or feel/be threatened into paying any invoices, to which is unenforceable.
I hope I have explained the circumstances and made my point clear that anyone name calling, posting insults or off topic posts will be reported to site admin without further warning.
:A We rest assured that the quality of this thread remains unfetterred by pointless personal arguments. Heaven forbid that any witicisms from baffled onlookers should get in the way of the epic struggle between S&S.
I for one always enjoy selective censorship as it usually shows up hypocrisies to their fullest extent.
From post number 149:
You've said enough Stigy,I refuse to enter into talks any further with you.
You are very dishonest and result to personal insults, ie calling people liars when you are proved wrong.
The Police have advised me who can and cannot Caution persons and your job-role was not one mentioned, calling me a liar doesn't make change that, I'm afraid.
Lastly, you have shown you have been dishonest as you edited the post many of us here saw, were you claimed you carry a tape recorder and recorded convo's while on shift - denying it now weather you were being serious or not at the time of posting now shows your 'facts' and word cannot be held very high.
I refuse to enter into any topic of convo with your further, all I say is it's been fun with you trying to make a private parking companies seem to be like the Police with all there powers.
On a final note, the Police can charge people, as where you can't make that choice, therefore, you do not enforce law, like that or not, its FACT.
I bid you a final farewell and happy issuing unenforceable invoices.
Ppffff, and I got my excellent post removed saying someone was a sockpuppet when they were sticking up for your arch enemy.
Well I've seen it all now :rotfl::D

gosh with the deleted posts its hard to work out what's good advice. Yes sassy mite have posted rubbish in the heat of the moment but in my opinion stigy is also guilty of this as well.

My advice is that you ignore any ticket at your peril. I suggest members read the BPA Approved Operator Scheme Code of Practice to get an idea of what they are up against.A stitch in time means you can't afford a new one.0 -

Just curious really who selected the deleted posts and why? I really liked the Minder one, it brought back good memories of TV with my parents.0
