Macs also cost more because of the software that they come with. iLife equivalent on a PC must cost quite a bit but on a MAc it comes as standard. I have an i7 PC and a Macbook Pro but prefer the Mac as I have never experienced a crash on it. PC needs rebooting several times to keep it running at optimum levels
