    Remember its only a rip off if it was not known to you before you bought it..

    In this case you know the price. You pay it or not.

    The product itself is innately a rip-off. Only Apple has enough acolytes to get away with selling something this expensive with such a low specfication, featuring an incredibly slow, almost two generations out of date processor.
