I was well aware that the OP was asking for his computer's serial number NOT his Windows Product Key. Also, I offered an alternative suggestion if Belarc didn't reveal it.0 -

Well, the actual laptop itself is broken now, keeps showing a blue screen then resetting itself. So maybe its time to get a new one.
But i will keep all my paperwork safe next time incase i ever need it again
