Any telephone correspondence you have with the DWP or Atos should also be recorded.

they told me that i needed to send in a new sick note with my appeal, but when i spoke to them today they told me that i was still covered by the current one, so the one i sent today with my appeal should be added to the one i have at the mo right?

they also said my money should be reinstated by friday at the latest, hope so because im broke since they decided to !!!! me about.

my "medical" lasted 25 mins, they ask you questions about your condition for 20 mins and the actual assessment lasted 5 minutes, the doctor never touched me once, i have fibromyalgia and suffer terribly with my knees ankles and feet, at no point in the medical were they examined.

like i said, theyre a joke.

 oh no, i too have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, mental health problems, colitis to name a few, reaaaallllyy dreading this now

Again, it's best to record the medical since Atos will draw up a fraudulent report if they think they can get away with it.

this is so true, i quite clearly told the "doctor" who saw me that i cannot go out by myself, my legs just give way from under me at any given point about 10 times a day, i was attending an xray and it happened as we crossed the road in the hospital grounds, i smashed my face in and blacked both my eyes and broke my nose, my eyes are still black now, but amazingly it isnt anywhere to be found on the report....
