    Did anyone catch the timescale for changing the hours needed to qualify for working tax credit from 16 to 24?

    I'd also like to know if the same applies to single parents but I missed it!

    Unfortunately they are going to make it a toll.
    Including the one currently there.

    The alternative route in anything other than peak time isn't far enough by car that you wouldn't choose to use it instead of paying the toll.

    Looks like welfare and public sector pensions took a good hit. The right thing to do imo.
