Ooops this was suppose to be to Bargain Rzl ?
 Think your letter is fine.
I would also either write to HA documenting all your telephone conversations or ask your solicitor to include it in theirs. That way the verbal becomes written !0

I am in exactly the same situation, waiting on the lease, been waiting since September 20th!! Called today to threaten that we will pull out........Tomorrow I'm going to arrange a viewing on another property and if I like it, it's their loss......
Sick and tired of this damn waiting game............there is no chain what so ever and the EA told us today that it usually takes 12 weeks and they are still within the time frame, they think we are some dumb first time buyers!0

That's ok, most of it's been by email, and whenever something important has been said over the phone, I've followed it up with a confirmatory emailizoomzoom wrote:I would also either write to HA documenting all your telephone conversations or ask your solicitor to include it in theirs. Keep your fingers crossed for me - it would appear that my vendor's solicitor might now have the information required to respond to the final query (Please God, let it be true!!!!)
The request for info was sent through to the HA's development team NINE DAYS AGO by their solicitor, but did they ever think to chase it up? Nooooo. And consequently they were blissfully unaware that the person they wrote to was on leave.
Anyway. I'll let you know how I get on. Operation Get in Shape Operation Get in Shape MURPHY'S NO MORE PIES CLUB MEMBER #1240 MURPHY'S NO MORE PIES CLUB MEMBER #1240

Spoke to my solicitor this afternoon - they have received the outstanding stuff from vendor's solicitor today.
I see us signing contracts next week :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I must be mad to be so happy about signing on for so much debt !
Chin up everyone, and just keep chasing
 and chasing
 and chasing.
Sorry have to climb back on.
Solicitor informs us on Friday that they have not received the lease management pack.
And this originates from the vendor's solicitor who gets it from the HA solicitors. They offered us the house on 9 August 2006, so it isn't like they haven't know for ages that we would need this.0
