Bargain - Panasonic 42'' TX-P42S20P VIERA Full HD Plasma TV with Freeview HD for £529 today online at M&S. It was £899 but has been reduced to £699, but for today only they are selling it at £529. That includes free delivery and installation and a 5-year guarantee. Hope this is helpful.

Plasma tv's are being sold off cheap because they are older technology now and are less energy efficient. They do have very good picture quality but if you watch a lot of tv expect higher leccy bills with one.0 -
Go and look at the plasmas. That M&S deal sounds excellent though I ended up opting for LCD (led backlit). And though they take more electricity the saving in purchase price could be worth it.What goes around - comes around

I would still buy a Plasma TV over any LCD.0
