  • What about the people who they say are fit for work but have long term conditions? My husband got sacked for illness and capability, but, in his ATOS "medical" got 0 points. I know all the ATOS fans will say "that just means he was not capable of doing his own job but can do another one" but to get zero points was an absolute farce.

And ATOS have a hand in the NHS Care Records Service (Choose & Book) - via the Personal Demographic Service. Do we trust ATOS not to peek at our medical records (and all those other private companies that will increasingly be buying bits of the NHS)?
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
  • Well, I never knew that!! no wonder the hospitals are in a mess as well!!

If you are saying claimaint provided evidence is not worth the paper it is written on, then what is the point of saying that tribunals are won because the claimaint provides evidence that the DM did not have? As the DM would have ignored that evidence any way even if they had sent it to the dm....
What I am saying is that the claimant can provide evidence given to them from a doctor/consultant etc. but that their own opinion written down, usually badly, is worthless and there is no point in it being sent in.

Might as well just scrawl in crayon 'I'M SICK' on a page and send it in.
