Someone on another thread said Three were expecting an iPhone 4 with a "fix" for the signal loss to be available in November and that they weren't shipping any orders until these revised iPhones came through.

i am said poster, after reading gjchesters reply though i am a little worried, if when i get it, this problem still exists it will be getting sent straight back, cant live with that for 2 years, and it wont do apple much favours, as it will be the first apple product i have ever owned, and will certainly be the last if it does turn out as bad as i have read, but `3` defo told me the reason for my wait was they had sent all their stock back to apple and awaiting new stock that should have this problem resolved but that is probably `3` spinning me a line:(
Take every day as it comes!!

Surely it would make sense for Apple to move the antenna for the white iphone 4's? (I hope so anyway as I am waiting until they come out before I get a 4).

I doubt it. They'd have to completely redesign the device.

3 Are spinning you a line! I was told something similar by them back at the start of September. I think they say this when they are low on stock so you don't buy from their competitors.
There won't be a revised iPhone 4 in the UK (there may be one in the US using the CDMA system). Afterall, Apple have just posted record sales, lead by iPhone sales.

If Apple announce an improved Iphone4 they'll effectivly be admitting a design fault, and almost every one out there will want theirs replacing.

I'm not doubting Three may have sent some back but as Jon01 has said in other threads Three is undercutting Apples set prices on all the other networks. Apple could probably not legally hold back stock, but I would not put it past Apple to have "unforseen delays" in supplying to Three.

And to be honest my iPhone 4 performs better than most phones I've had before getting a better signal than my prior Sony Xperia X1. My X1 was crap, I'd never buy a SE again if I based it on that alone (ironically the T68i I had years ago was rock solid).

Not to mention get a boatload of FCC approvals and tests done to be able to sell it.

I couldn't find it either today when I searched however if you click this link from your iPhone

    http://www.apple.com/iphone/case-program/

And then select Download the app from the app store, it took me straight to the app and I downloaded it.
