Well done on the scratch card win! I love the new siggie!

With the coat - could you not take it back again and say you bought it for a Christmas pressie for someone else, but it doesn't fit and then get a refund on your card? Or were they refusing to do anything because it was over 28 days?

Maybe just list it on ebay - you might get close to what you paid for it if it is current season!

Silly me and panic - I exchanged for something else. Never mind I will learn from my mistake and doing myself out of money. Once my daughter wears it and grows out of it then I will list on ebay. It was still covered by the Christmas policy but I thought it wasnt. x

Hello everyone, well, 42 items listed on ebay the past 2 days. And still continuing to list. Its going slow but I am selling items which is good. Have got 2 items to wrap up and post today then I will total up again and withdraw into my seperate ebay account purely for all funds to go towards credit card debt. I am feeling very positive today. So will need to update my signature later.

Cleared 2 more bags of rubbish and have a bag for charity on the go (of things I really wouldnt sell on ebay.) Overall I am feeling good.

Still waiting for my avon account number to come through then I will crack on with that. I have made a list of tips from the threads on here (thanks everyone) so I will crack on with that.

    Speak to you all later.

Relisted 12 items also - would have been 13 but they have put a limit on how many body lotions, potions and smelly things I list so now have to wait till I can list again!

Does anyone know if its free listing this weekend? Am just preparing if it is.

I am on a listing mission, this house will be clutter free and the debts will be reduced.

    Hope you are ok!

  • Avon calling - I am now officially an Avon rep! I am so excited. Been given a territory and have been speaking to friends! Just need to prepare me books and go out tomorrow some time to deliver.

Have got lots to list on ebay still and i have left next week and the following freeish so I can really crack on with gutting the house, listing on ebay and getting to grips with avon. Its all good fun.

    Hope you are all ok.

  • Well today i have had reality check today, the debt isnt going to go down with just minimum payments, obviously the interest gets more every month and I need to find £230 a month just to cover min payments so what do I need to do, get rid of as much as I can monthly expenditure wise and ebay, sell, get rid of as much of my possessions as I can just to make some money so I can clear this debt.

I have got a good amount of houses for avon so hopefully once I start it properly with the correct amount of books this month then I will fingers crossed make some money from it.

I need to stop feeling sorry for myself (yes I have fallen back in that trap again) and get on with life. its not going to go away with me just sitting around, I so have to sort myself out.

I want to thank you all for reading all this and supporting me.

Minimum payments won't clear your debt, one of my cards goes down by a whole £3 a month if I just pay the minimum, and another one the min payment doesn't always even cover the interest! It stinks!

But you are doing really well unsavy, avon and ebay should help you a lot.

Have you had a play with the snowball calculator? That can be really motivating. It will tell you which order to pay your debts in to get them cleared quickest. You start with the highest interest one, and pay as much as you can to that, just paying minimums to all of the rest. Once that is cleared, you then pay all of that money to the next highest and so on. It's amazing how much you can save by finding a few extra £ each month.

    You can do it!
