Not sure how the doctor could have "confirmed" food poisoning without a stool sample analysis, lots of viral gastro enteritis (including norovirus) doing the rounds this time of year. Get a little pot from the GP and get him to send it for analysing whilst you still have the symptoms.If a bacterial food poisoning such as salmonella is confirmed, get a copy of the report and send it to Morrison's. More importantly,I hope you and your family feel better soon.:)
