Being able to make a 4K payment in one go will be amazing, even better seeing as it's Lloyds you could divide that whole amount into pennies and pay it that way!
ha-ha I like you're thinking. Maybe I should walk in there and request £4k in pennies, then the next day pay it all back in haha!Adam's diary - My Debt Diary - The Challenge | LBM May 2010 with £23,343.35 | £16,141.46 to go...

Poo, the gig I was going to go to on Sat night has been cancelled.
Was going to spend probably around £20 on drinks and stuff though so think that maybe justifies me buying a new pair of trainers?
I know Converse are supposed to be battered but you can tell what socks I'm wearing through the holes!
Definately justified Bec's, being able to see your socks is not cool lol!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Especially as I always wear odd socks and have to keep explaining that to people! :rotfl:
Just checked and I can get a new pair for £39 plus some cashback from Quidco. Much as it pains me to spend it rather than send it to Lloyds I guess they are good value as I wear them for work every single day.Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
I love converses, my last pair lasted 3 years. When they wore out I bought some converse-esque trainers from sainsburys for £12, which only lasted for 3 months before the sole wore out  Needless to say I went back to the real thing straight away!Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160

Wish I'd thought of that sooner, some people in the office across the corridor from me went to New York last month!
I suppose I shouldn't begrudge the cost of those or jeans really as that is my standard work wear so I get plenty of use out of themDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
Going to have to go slow on the payments in the run up to pay day which isn't till next Tuesday.
Still have to order those converse, get my hair cut on Thursday, hen night for one of the girls who works at the pub on Friday, my ex's Dad's 50th party on the Saturday night and drinks with friends on Sunday night - that's a lot of spending! :eek:Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0
