It sounds like you can still eat lots of food which is good but it's more about what foods you eat together - ie don't mix fats and carbs.
It's had really good reviews - I ordered the book from Amazon so hoping it turns up on time to have a read and shop for the food ready for Monday
Doesn't sound too bad then. Need to get my OH on a diet. I just don't think he wants to lose weight - he has no willpower. Nothing I can do if he doesn't want to though.

My OH needs to as well, he's been so fit all his life that he's found he's been putting on weight since injuries mean he exercises less but hasn't cut back the food!
I nagged away and got nowhere - I found the best way is asking him to join me in me dieting and exercising to support me as being the best way to get him to.
Might work for your OH? Although harder I guess as you are trying to put on weight whereas I could defnitely stand to lose someDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
That's exactly the problem. As I need to put on weight, I have always got fattening food in the flat and he just helps himself to it. Think I need to get a lock for the cupboard!!

You'll have to find a secret hiding place and then make a nice display of apples or something!
£15 towards paying back my brother today
Dinner was lovely last night - and I only spent £23 which was better than I thought. Off out to a gig tonight, working 12-6 on Saturday and then OH and I are going out for sushi on Sunday. Really must try and get some craft stuff done too!Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
£153 to the overdraft
Will defnitely see the back of this one by the end of the week
Other than that though I think it will be a slow month getting things paid back as I have a lot of money going to other things. It started with the really exciting purchase of a new hoover on Sunday as ours blew upNever mind, will still do my best and see how it goes.
