Why can I no longer get channel 5, Five US, fiver etc? Is there anything I can do?

The default pin is the last four digits on the card, so you could try that.
Otherwise, you could just the card out of the box. With the card out you should not be asked for a PIN.
The card has expired so isn't doing much any more, it probably will not make much difference, but it may change the region of your BBC1 and ITV.
If it's a problem, just put the card back in, it should not do any harm.0 -

Wrong - parental control settings are stored in the box and CANNOT be turned off without a viewing card with known PIN (any card will do to turn them off so you can beg, buy, steal or borrow one to turn them off). The PIN is stored on the card and by default is the last 4 figures of the first viewing card used in that box.
If parental controls are turned on then "Other channels" are NOT accessible to strop little fingers bypassing parental control restrictions on channels by merely adding them.0 -
Right,the card i had in the digibox came with another box,ive just found the card that belongs to this digibox and put in the last 4 digits on the card and BINGO its worked finally,Thank you all i can now watch channel 5 :j :T :rotfl: :beer:0
