phoned Virgin, and spoke to one of their morons, who confirmed that she had an unlimited tariff, but that it was subject to a “Fair Use Policy”The subsequent conversation went something like this:

What a way to talk about somebody ,I would like you to try working in a call centre .The agent was only passing on the info it's not the agent who decides these things .Fair or unfair it's not the way to call somebody a moron like that .

if one network dropped 'unlimited' for 3000 texts for example
then folks would jus not go with them
