Giffgaff offer unlimited texts and data on their bolt ons with no fair use or excessive use policy
Currently Yes, but if all the people who were hammering the mobile networks for data move to GiffGaff then you can guarantee they'll be going back to the 100mb a day fair use they have if your not on a goodie bag0 -
phoned Virgin, and spoke to one of their morons, who confirmed that she had an unlimited tariff, but that it was subject to a “Fair Use Policy”The subsequent conversation went something like this:
What a way to talk about somebody ,I would like you to try working in a call centre .The agent was only passing on the info it's not the agent who decides these things .Fair or unfair it's not the way to call somebody a moron like that .0 -
All the networks and ISPs are at it claiming unlimited when really theres a fair use policy. As the OP says its about time somebody took them on.
it would need ot be an external body
if one network dropped 'unlimited' for 3000 texts for example
then folks would jus not go with them0 -

but theres no need to call thes epeople morons
thaey get told to say its unlimited and thats theeres a fup and theyre just doing a jobWhat goes around-comes around0
