:hello:Hi to all my flylady friends!!
It's half term!!
I'm so tired today, I have done practically nothing - washing up, a couple of taxi runs for the teens, wandered up and down town for a little while but didn't buy anything, and a couple of loads of washing.
I'll be properly in next week, and I'll also be redecorating DD's room, - which is so small, we'll have to move everything out, resulting in total chaos everywhere else in the house. Sigh. It'll be worth it though.
valli - terrifically well done on the bathroom!
:bdaycake:Happy birthday macpep!:bdaycake:
sexymouse - glad to hear you're feeling better.
Love and hugs.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

Thanks toottifrootti, it's nice to hear that your mum was pleased with the boiler and with Warmfront.
Dippypud gave me a link to their website and it does say it can take a while so I'll ring them on Monday. - Thanks Dippypud0 -

much amused by you lot thinking I was on the pull...lol - old clothes, no slap on - hardly showing myself off to full advantage :rotfl:Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Hi Flygang,
sorry have been MIA - curse of the revolting cold doing the rounds down here, I still am not firing on all cylinders so thinking about flying more than doing IYNWIM
But due to lack of spoons and being sat on my bottom a lot I'm gradually getting through some of those old old bits to do - phone calls to make, accounts to close, papers to file - so I suppose its productive somewhat. Rather do some gardening though....
Oh well - back to looking at mobile phone contracts....

Hello. Hope you're all well and not working too hard.
We've got friends staying on Sunday so inbetween vets etc I've been trying to 'muck out' DS's bedroom ready for them arriving.
Good update for stripes...she has got degeneration of a vertebrae causing compression of nerves, however, it has been diagnosed very early so they're hoping physio and medication could help. They've also said that all her exercise has helped her as she's so fit. The fact that she's been on house arrest for the last three weeks has actually made it worse though no-one was to know that. So, from tomorrow, as much lead exercise as we can manage which will be soooooooooooooooo good! Didn't realise how much the dog walking contributed to my wellbeing as well as hers. Long term she'll have problems with it but for the here and now things are good. Thanks for all your support xx0 -

Hi Ladies....! Hope you all missed me as much as I have missed you!
This week has been M-A-N-I-C!! Its month end next week but its also half term so I wanted to take time off with the little one....But if Im not there no one else gets paid. I have acknowledged people need to be paid but reinforced my point: I shouldnt be a single point of sensitivity for the business so they need to deal with that (and stop leaving me to deal with everything, even though I am fabulous!), and they have acknowledged they cant monopolise the end of the month! Anyway we have reached a compromise...I can have the week off but also do a little bit of work from home to make sure the guys still get paid at the end of the month....which is fine with me....But I get my leave back!! Yay! But Cue frantic week at work as I will be out of the office next week!
Anyway...once upon a time I had a list and was supposed to be cleaning my house...

(PS - Love n hugs n vibes n spoons n sticks and best wishes all round) Mwah!! xxSometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying
