Been to physio today, she did a bit of prodding and poking to see what was wrong and then said she would leave treatment until next week to check she hasn't done any damage to me. I was VERY achy after but it eased, a bit tight now but not as bad as the last 2 nights when I was almost getting migraines because of the tension in my neck. If I don't suffer too much then she is going to do a bit to help me on my way but at the mo she things my body is slowly healing itself. I am on parade for the first time on Sunday so it will be interesting to see how I cope with that.
I am going to see if I can persuade OH to do 30 min decluttering in the RoD tomorrow.

Dippypud gave me a link to their website and it does say it can take a while so I'll ring them on Monday. - Thanks Dippypud
Molina just a thought, have you enquired at your local council, they have "home efficiency" grants, also "home equipment" grants. Various names for the same thing, but you can get grants for a new roof, double glazing and heating system replacements (if yours is ancient), this includes rads. Also any alterations you need as a disabled person.
Hope your feeling a little better today, as it's perishing here, the wind has changed direction again.

oh dear
we have a limping kitten...
I walked into the lounge about half an hour ago and looked at the kitten who seemed to have a swollen leg. Nothing visible though - she allowed me to gently feel round (looking for a thorn or similar) but found nothing and no obvious, visible injury. She is limping though and her leg is almost double the size of the other one. She is chirpy enough though no sign of infection. I'm wondering if she has been bitten by a gerbil (she sits on their cage if she can).
Up early tomorrow to get to the vets, then.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson
