Due date still nearly 6 weeks away, but all signs point to sooner rather than later...! Not that busy a day to be honest, less work today than the average weekend day! :) Ironing still to go, though :(

Ooh lots of poorley people. Poor Amber, i hope she gets better very soon.
  • 6 weeks is definitely time to get the bag ready just in case. In that case I'm glad it wasn't a busy day. We went swimming with MIL and Izzy's cousin, which was fun - she gets better at it every time we go :)

She made me laugh this evening - I asked if she wanted some food, and she said cheese. I asked if she wanted blue cheese and she started threatening a temper. I said that she doesn't have to have cheese if she doesn't want it and her answer was "no, yellow cheese!". I showed her the choice of blue cheese or chedar, and she went for the stilton - she is far more hardcore than me when it comes to cheese.

Well I'm off for the night. Thanks CFAC, XXX. Maddy currently running around shouting todays word, 'more'. So more playing, more drinks, more biscuits and no doubt no more bedtime! Oops, no, it's more head bumping, bye. X
Too many children, too little time!!!
    :p
  • Lol @ Izzy - it took me years to like stilton!

I gave D some garlic philadelphia yesterday - he loved it but I found it weird having my sweet baby with garlic breath :D

  • Mega hugs for all the poorly people. There seems to be a lot of it around. I came home from work early as I felt mega dizzy and sick so I'm now lying on the sofa, planning to go to bed very soon. Apparently I've looked very pale and sickly all day- funny that, I can't think why:(.

Izzy sounds so cute, Ladybird. When did you start giving her blue cheese? It's something I love but I've not tried H with it yet.

No trick or treaters here, which I'm not sorry about since H is in bed.

Awww, sorry to hear about all the poorly babies & parents. :(

We're all sitting around here stuffed to the gills, after testing weezl's Christmas dinner & pudding. It was absolutely gorgeous and surprisingly smooth sailing for such an involved meal (pudding was made yesterday). Pudding was surprisingly nice, I thought it looked a bit weird after cooking, so I didn't have high hopes - but it was YUM. Finn ate a HUGE amount of the dinner - he just kept shovelling it in! Was really quite funny.

Ladybird, we just the time adjustment today by keeping him up an hour "later" (since he was up at 5am, as we expected!). I think it might take a few days to get his wake-up times properly shifted back.

!!!!!! is Alice Cooper doing on Strictly? lol...

  • GISI :( (((HUGS))) I cannot comprehend what you must be going through right now. I know I would be utterly devastated. If it helps at all, I am in awe of your composure. You are one special lady (((HUGS)))

_pale_ no blue cheese here, I'm allergic and until Molly gets a scratch test she won't be eating any of it just in case.

Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired, it's only 9pm but feels like 11 rather than 10.

Oh my, all these sickly mummies crossposting - hugs to you all and I hope it passes quickly.
