Aww Hope he's cheered up now, don't get too jealous of the new house
He's still asleep!! 2.5hrs and counting - totally unheard of for Rhys!!
OH is home now. Forgot it was his early finish day. Even him charging in and almost crashing into the pushchair as he turned a corner in the hall didn't wake Rhys
Don't think we'll make it to friend's now, was only supposed to be til 4ishWill utilise OH and go to Tesco, methinks

Hugs to those in need.
Sir M- I cannot imagine what your friends are going through. That is so, so sad. I agree with others that the feeding thing is totally normal though.
Hugs for poorly T, Gill. I hope it is a just a 24 hour bug and your milk will still be boosting his immunity.
:jFor those who got TT tickets.
Good day here- DH took a TOIL day so we've had a lovely day at soft play and Hobbycraft.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Strike that - he's awake! Carried him in to OH's den, where he scanned the room, gave OH a brief smile then started shouting at and reaching for a box of biscuits. Now he's sat with Daddy, eating rich teas dunked in tea
GISI, glad you've had a nice dayExtra *hugs* for you xx

Tara, I'm here. If you need more help
Kitkat, is he breastfed? I'd call your doctor just in case.
He is combination fed; FF and expressed milk. I phoned the Dr's earlier as I am expecting results of his poo sample but apparently its been sent off for further investigation. I have been back and forth to my Dr's 5 times now and nothing is getting done, TBH I dont think they would be concerned if I phoned up, I might phone the HV... not sure...
Sami: this is bad... everyone I speak to hates the 3D! I love the style of it as I wanted a lie flat pram that looked more like a traditional pram, if that makes sense! I love it bar its too small for Theo, and its so heavy. I hate pramsI will see how we get on but if he grows any longer I wil need to do something, but thanks for the tip about lying it flat with hood wrong way, LOL might try that!!

I just popped on to recommend this book to any Night Garden fans. It's all the words of the rhymes that are on everyday and H loves it. I got a second hand copy for 50p but it's a lovely book.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

) with is poop woes atm tho it could be a sign of something else, can you see a diferent GP that might be more sympathetic?
Aww, you know what I hated most about the 3d was that they have crap resale value too, I got £60 for mine inc carseat and accessoriesI've got a P&T double and an icandy cherry now though and I love them both, the cherry is sooo light its like it glides across the pavement, if I have #3 I'll prob just buy a 2nd hand carry cot for it of ebay

KitKat - I had the 3D for Liam and used it for 15months. I only changed for something smaller and lighter to switch between cars. I honestly didn't mind it. I don't remeber it being a problem when we stopped using the carrycot - but I did keep it in the lie-flat position until he was older. Although heavy it was sturdy and L alway seemed comfy in it.
Hugs to all that are having bad days, sleep issues and illness.
GISI - gladd you've had anice day - you deserve it!0 -

Elijah does thishe is very specific about when it is ok to wear socks, shoes, or neither. Often if I put socks on he rushes up, clutches my hand, stares into my eyes and says "ohhhhh. Dadden going to WORK
" and looks soulful.
Nope, but I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who won't watch X-Factor, American Idol, BGT, etc. etc.
Nowhere near the only one
Hi all - hugs for WM, for stabbed Rhys, sickly Amber and Thomashard days for the thread recently!
I am busily catching up on annoying admin tasks at work (writing people's year end feedbacks "from my boss", calculating salespeople's third-quarter bonuses...) all very harmless and unexciting. However
a) OH had a nightmare (drowning Elijah) at 5am, got up and went to the living room to avoid waking me, I woke, went and looked after her, Elijah woke, re-settled OH(!), re-settled E, started to doze off, soother seahorse played its music, no more sleep for Elijah or Brunoso I am very worn
b) my boss dragged a few of us out for celebratory lunch (sales team signed a big account etc) and then we had pregnant ladies and non-drinkers and he forced me to drink a half-bottle of champagne
Has a very negative effect on Friday afternoon productivity...
Was being grumpy because HMRC tell me I owe them some WTC back (not a lot, couple hundred quid) which in principle is OK but I gave them the correct info from the outset a looong time ago, nothing has changed so why can't they get it right to start with and not annoy me like this! No excuse given for their random inability to count earlier in the year.
But I now feel unable to be annoyed because my boss has just got me a really decent payrisehe has asked a few times in the last 2 years and for some reason this time they said yes. So, ha. So I can no longer begrudge the taxman their cash even slightly.
