Why would you say something so true to someone ignorant like me. :p

I live in a perpetual fear that I will end up pregnant, and not know about it, until it pops out 9 months later and I'd be like :eek::eek::(:eek::eek::eek:
good point. Though this would presumably mean the pregnancy had been symptom-free with minimal weight gain.

In which case, I'll have me one of them :)

True. No limping about in pain, heartburn or sick.

The first 2 pregnancies I had whizzed by me, the only difference I had was my bump!

The last time I suffered lol

Sir M, how awful. My wee beastie is asleep else I'd be grabbing her and squeezing on tight. I can't imagine :(

And WM too, how heartbreaking. It's so hard to lose a pet, but you did the right thing. Our cat died last Halloween and when we took him to the vet the guy said just come back when he's sicker, but by the time he was really sick it would have been a cruelty to put him through the stress of going there. I feel terribly guilty though that we didn't insist on the man putting him down and saving him those last weeks.

Hugs for all sickie babies - I think when they're not feeling well it's best to offer food/milk often and if they take it then great.

Hope you were all lucky in getting your tickets?

Now, good news and bad news from me. We went to Personnel and the person responsible brushed us off and sent us to another person. So we went to her and she sent us back to my department, who sent me to the legal advisor. He said he would have to speak to his senior colleague, who wasn't there but was on the phone and said it all comes down to which X the box is in on the first page of my contract.

Good news: it's in the right box.
Bad news: we may have to sue for it.

Also, I'll take a symptom-free weight gain free pregnancy too. I gained 50lbs

I read a story and this woman didn't know she was pregnant 2/3 births she had, she had lost weight during one of them, and had no visable bump  It's honestly like my worst nightmare.

My Gran never showed at all with one of her pregnancys, the baby was up behind her ribs or something? If I feel rumblings in odd places in my body (I swear gas bubbles feel like baby kicks :rotfl:) I'm like

Delain - I'm changing it because legally I still have my birth dad's surname, which would be fine, if I hadn't been using my Step-dads surname for the past 15 years soooooo

Official ID like Passport/Drivers license etc, all say birth dads surname, but then bank cards/bills/doctors etc all have my step dads name. So it's always a hassle, and I can never ever pass an ID check, as I don't exist :rotfl:

Check me owwwwt, under the radar.....super spy.

I suffered the last two times... I still don't know why I'm doing it again! lol

My girls are being very sweet today, sitting eating left over pizza for lunch, Caitlyn just went and sat on Aimee's knee to eat hers :D

Wow Sugar, do you have to sue for everything you're entitled to in Germany? lol... How are you getting on with the old landlord?

Apparently you do. Next step is to contact the government department that deals with work law. It is getting absurd, when I first moved here and everyone I met was suing someone for something I just assumed they were a bunch of litigious weirdos - but it seems that it's just done that way here :(

Hey I meant to ask why are you changing your name?

I always have scares. And being proud mum to 4 surprise bundles of joy I'm getting used to it:rotfl:

I was so relieved this time I almost cried :o because I had an MMR booster less than 3 months ago so if I had been PG that would have been a serious problem :(
I had an MMR booster 4 days before Edgar was conceived, its not 'that' much of a problem ;)
One MW told me there's no problem with the booster it's if it's your first one, I'm not convinced she had anything to back up that statement like but anyway Edgar is fine so I'm happy :D

Kitkat - are you pumping? if so it could be ages until periods return, BFing can stall your periods for months and months. I've spoken to one woman who's didn't return for 18mths after.

it makes me wonder how people can say they didnt know they were pregnant? esp in the last few months. My cousins ex was pregnant and it was very obvious to everyone she denied it until she had stomach ache and a baby appeared. Luckily her family had bought items etc as she was obviously in denial but with the kicks and toes runnning down your ribs, not being able to get out the bath or off the floor would they not be obvious signs???

I think you could get to around 6 months and possibly not know but no later?? however a symtom free pregnancy would be ideal :D

Im dressed hair and make up done, i thought it would give me some get up and go, dont think it worked lol!

SirM, so sorry to hear about your friend's loss. It's a pain I can't even contemplate bearing *hugs*

WM, sorry to hear about your dog too. They really do become part of the family, but sometimes you have to make the hardest decision for them. I hope Joe is able to understand what happened and is ok too.

Just collected my copy of The Takeaway Secret from the library, deinately gotta try the lamb doner I think, even though I hate takeaway ones.
