I've not caught up at all. Hugs to everyone.

Been having a a real life for the last few days, spending time with Katie etc.

I hope your meeting goes the way you want it to tomorrow, MDW. Nice to see you back.

Thanks for the pumpkin pie recipe Aless. I was planning to use the cheap ones that the supermarket will be selling off at the weekend. It sounds nom!

Good luck MDW. I know you'll be nervous, but I'll hve my fingers crossed for you.

GISI - I don't know what to say other than tell him how you feel. That way he knows what you're worry about and has a chance to reassure you/change/leave. He won't know what to do or say if you aren't clear with him. I'm not defending him, just not wanting you to feel so bad if there isn't need for you to feel this way. IYKWIM. If nothing else, it gives you a good base to rebuild trust, which i think might be needed whether he's cheating or not. Having a baby is hard. I htought husband and I were going to divorce before LO was 1 and I wasn't worried about anything going on with anyone else. It's this bit the baby books forget to tell us about. It's really hard - but keep talking to each other and tell him you need x, y, z from him and ask him if he thinks he can give you those things. In return ask him what he needs from a wife (not just mother of his child) and give it a go (within reason here :rotfl: ) I know that I sometimes forget about DH :( ooops.

Now - I'm not saying that he's right and you are wrong - I'm just telling you what worked for me. And If he's cheaating, please let me be the first (after yourself) to cut his B*llOcks off :D

sorry if this has come out wrong :(

    Whats everyone doing for Halloween?

We are putting a thick blanket over our glass living room door so it looks like we are out :rotfl:

Might do something next year when Lily is older. She does have a pumpkin baby grow to wear though :D

I have decided, Lily will be a pumpkin for xmas instead of a reindeer. Because the pumpkin suit is £6 and the reindeer suit is £15 :(

R.Mac - did you use the Garam Masala for the biscuits? As i doubt my local co-op will sell it and i want to make them tonight :)

I LOVE pumpkin pie as well. For those who CBA with a real one, Waitrose usually have tinned stuff (it's in the tinned fruit section). I've never actually made it from real pumpkin before! :o

    ASOS thingee finished, poo.

I ws going to use the inside of one I was going to hollow out for LO, BUT I may just buy it in a tin instead :D

  • EA - I will be at Church, they hold a Light Party as an alternative to the darkness of Halloween, I have 300 biscuits to make by Sunday night as I'm in charge of the biscuit decorating activity.

The theme is space and Dr Who as in Genesis 1.

So I'm making Moon, Sun, Star, Rocket, Spaceman and Dalek biscuits each child will get a pack to decorate.

Katie also has an eye test at the same time as my meeting, Grandma is taking her, I think it must be one of the pre-school checks.
