hey ladies (and gent), thanks for the waves.

Been to BTT at gym after work, ouchy but need to work off the weight I'm gained, feel miserable and want to get back into my clothes :( since getting engaged on holiday I just lost the plot and let my healthy eating really slide, plus OH works nights 3 or 4 nights a week and I don't like being on my own so I end up comfort eating but anyway I'm getting back on track, but it seems to take longer to come off than it does to go on :\

No real fashion to report, have been dressing for the weather rather than the style, and as someone said to me the other day a warm person never looks silly, so I'm holding on to that!

    Congrats on your engagement! xx

I'm off to Dunster this evening for their Dunster by Candlelight Christmas thingy,
I'm excited. Thankfully it's a bit warmer today...well, a bit less freezing maybe.

    Outfit:
Black jumper dress with metallic cuff/neck detail: Primark
    Black thermal tights: M&S
    Grey thermal vest: Primark
    Thick black cardi: New Look
Faux leopard fur trapper hat: New Look

and some flat boots of some kind.

Finished up my Christmas shopping yesterday! Woo, and managed to get a few warmer jumpers (very few of last years fit) thanks to my Dad :)

  • Hi all!

I've been guided over here by a very helpful reply to my post about being stuck in a style rut after having babies. It's unlikely that i'll be able to keep up with the thread properly, and my outfits are less than inspiring, but i have enjoyed reading about yours. Mind you, i do find myself wishing you would post photos of yourselves in your clothes once in a while. I find it hard to visualise what you look like, If i ever wear something that's not just leggings i promise i'll post a pic! :)

I'm told a few have inspiring blogs too. Could you tell me the address? You can see mine if you like, but it's less fashion, more mummy. :)
