I might have a spare laptop HD if the one you have is beyond repair, they aren't mega dear anyway though you can get an OK one for about £32 if you don't mind a slightly slower speed but you can sometimes get more battery life as a trade off.

Afternoon, lovelies!
Big hugs to the ill ones. I'm having a tres good day today, not only did I get hit on by a lifeguard young enough to have given birth to at the baths today who told me I was "effing fit" but I found ANOTHER Jean Varon frock in a charity shop.
Busy listing 1960's suits on eBay and then it's a night on the tiles.
Today's outfit:
Vintage cord maxi (courtesy of Alex)
Black jersey body (Age Concern)
1960's go-go boots (Inherited)
Fake fur collar (Handmade by me)
Indian silver jewellery
Have a fab friday!0 -
Oh that's great news Laura. And Vix, another Jean Varon?? Your bargain hunting ability is astonishing!
I've ordered a netbook which has cheered me up slightly but still feel yacky. Think it must be food related as my energy levels are on the floor today as well as the usual symptoms. Ah well, going to the races with Dad tomorrow afternoon which should be funMight try and squeeze in a spot of chazza shopping in the morning as I've got a few pounds in expenses back from work.

Sounds like a fun day
Good old Oxfam. Got a plain cream Zara jumper for £2.99 and a rather fab grey and white winter pattern cardi for a fiver. Not sure if it's handmade or mass produced but it's definitely old as it's SO thick and warm and you don't see things like that in the shops nowadays.
Oh and a WAG had clearly donated her shoe collection - they had a cabinet full of barely worn Laboutins, Prada, Gucci and the like. Prices started at £150 though!!0
