It sounds like the problem here is your AOL caching things it shouldn't be caching and therefore not serving you the updated webpages. Why not move from AOL to a real ISP?
In any case, if you don't rate FD as a bank, why on earth haven't you switched to another bank?
Was working later on AOL.
I don't use them as my main bank.
Savings rates are too poor for that.0 -

My post was about service downtime because that was actually the problem I had.
Hardly going to go on about something else when it wasn't the current issue.0 -
Not being overkeen on FD does not mean I don't want to check my account.
Silly question that was....
If you dont like the bank then get an account with a bank that you like. But by moaning about FD you will get comments. FD for basic normal banking is one of the best in the UK. If you dont like that then open an account with a bank that you wont complain about.0 -

Maybe a better question is: why are you still with them if you don't like them? Just move banks (oh and use a proper browser).
Santander are awful - mission in life is to warn people since 17-Sep-10, 18-Sep-10 realised one of thousands.0 -

I don't rate it as a bank anyway.
Better service elsewhere.
For my point of view & I think others it is about what you said.0 -
if you want better service, please feel free to trust your money with santander or lloyds, halifax etc
