ahhhh you are Asian, hmmmmm methinks you need to speak to an elder in the community to exert some influence on them or tell your brother that if he doesn't give you the money you will tell your parents he likes hanging out with loose women taking drugs and getting drunk ;o)))
If you get the money by Monday then I want 10% ;o)))0 -
sorry, all i can add to this is that your parents and brother are a bunch of spineless c***ts
obtain proof from them by any means necessary that you took the loan out for them, and take them to court for the full amount plus interest.Debts at LBM (May '08) £5760 - Lloyds CC £4260, Lloyds OD £1500;Debts as of May 28th 2011:Santander CC: £0.00Lloyds OD : £0.00DFW Nerd #1247 - Proudly dealt with my DebtsOlympic 2012 Challenge #12

paddy, that won't work - clearly she has lied on the forms to get the cash (lied about the ourpose of the loan). Therefore she has no recourse through the courts.Debt free 4th April 2007.

Lmao Diable! that was funny- but been there & tried that.
Yes- the form said it was for my studies : (
I spoke to a friend today- she suggested that I tell them i've stopped paying for it and that as guarantor they will be looking to my dad for the rest off it. obviously my dad won't be able to pay it so will get it off my brother.
I'm hoping I can get the CAB to write me a letter to send home to that affect but not sure if they could.0 -

Well, put it this way.
Doesn't a applicant for a loan has to say what course they are going to do, how they will pay it back etc?
Did she lie on the form saying SHE will do the course?
Either way its madness to pay a loan for someone else. I wouldn't feel right or sleep at night if someone did that for me.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
