Sudden problem - Thanks not working

My probs are in the new version, but I think they've fixed a lot...
Haven't had the rogue page or freezing today.
It still logs me out each time, and I'm still getting trapped in threads when I try to 'go back' sometimes. Is that mse or do I have a virus? (Atchoo.)0 -

I couldn't bear to use the new version when it came out and don't really want to swap to that one again.
Please, please get it fixed so that we can thank again in the old version.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
I am having a different problem on both versions!
When hovering over a thread title. I used to get a "window" with the details of the first post, it now only shows a "window" measuring about 2mm square, ergo no info about the thread/post details.

I've had to swap to the new version and I don't like it. The ads on the right often cover up some of my buttons, so I have to swap back to the old version to do those 'jobs'.

I'm persevering with the new version (less bright option) and getting used to it. If it was all we'd ever known I should think we'd be happy enough with it.
It makes the threads thinner so more down scrolling, but I've been getting used to that on my phone so it's not a big problem.I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

Thats what I dont like, thinner threads, couldn't put my finger on it.

I really really do not like the new version (less bright), the adverts on the right hand side cut into the post, hiding the last few letters of every sentence.
I can only see the full post when I change the zoom level...but then the letters are so small it gives me a headache trying to read the forum.
So now I have to make the decision on whether to go back to the old version and not be able to thank, or stay with the new version and not be able to read for very long!We made it! I have tested with Firefox and IE and two different user accounts and have unfortunately been unable to recreate this problem. If anyone is able to PM me further information it would be greatly appreciated.
I would be especially interested any information about the AJAX call the "Thanks" is making when pressed. But at this point anything is useful. Thanks in advance.

Ian I've no idea what Ajax is, but I've started to get those full pages of gobbledegook again, after random 'thanks', for the past 2 days. It had stopped, so Im presuming it's mse's end, not mine?
