That is similar to CCleaner, but for linux systems as well as Windows.

Oh dear I'm totally confused now. That Bleachbit link asks me to select from a list of "packages", none of which I've ever heard of. Well I've vaguely heard of Ubuntu but that's all.

Wonder if it's connected to this other thread on this board. I have never sorted out why I can't stay logged in either.

Looks like some sort of maintenance is going on on the forums.

Nope - its me as well. I'm getting the same thing tonight - ie I click on the "thanks" button and the whole line of thanks goes missing from my view. I go back to the thread and start again and I can see everyone else's thanks - but mine is missing.

Consider your post just thanked - as I did so and the same thing happened again - so my thanks doesnt show up.

Ah, so it is a fairly general thing then. Can I ask what browsers and operating systems you other folk are using? It won't mean a darn thing to me but at least it might help to pinpoint the cause of the trouble, so that those who do understand these things may be able to shed some light.

I have tested with Firefox and IE and two different user accounts and have unfortunately been unable to recreate this problem. If anyone is able to PM me further information it would be greatly appreciated.
I would be especially interested any information about the AJAX call the "Thanks" is making when pressed. But at this point anything is useful. Thanks in advance.
