Hi I've ran highjack but how do I delete the programs that are not needed e.g I've got a file with no name

Open CCleaner
Go to Tools > Start up and click on the save to text file button in the bottom right hand corner. Save the text file to your Desktop. Go to Tools > Uninstall and repeat the exercise.
Post both of these in your reply.

Hi I'm trying to delete this from highjack but dn't seem to be able to
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {CCC7A320-B3CA-4199-B1A6-9F516DD69829} - (no file)

and do I need a programme on my computer called installshield and should I rid of all the acer add ons-stuff like empowering technology, acrobat.com and ATI catalyst, huwai modem I don't know what they are?

Hi I get a message about notepad and if got vista( which I have simply exit ,right click and administration which I've tried but can't find anything about administration.

When you've completed the task they should have No instead of Yes next to the entries.
