Maybe it depends what your buying. I have had 100% good sellers in the craft and fabric section!0

There seems to be a lot of people having a moan about ebay at the moment. I have feedback of around 200 of which 75% is buying. I have only ever had one thing not turn up and one thing damaged. Both were corrected by the buyer. For everything I have sold I have never really had a problem. A few things were awkward to post and once I sent the wrong item but I've always resolved the issue as quickly as I can. I don't think I have ever had a NPBHouse saving Targets:

Thats odd, I would say in my 5 or so years using ebay things have went wrong 30-40% of the time, Never had anything go wrong selling, but buying is different, never had anything broken it just doesn't turn up and you have to go through the claim process etc, And yes we all know not to buy from people with poor feedback, these have all been from people with 100% feedback who just decide to go bad. Example I buy and sell phones, I've bought hmm 5 or so this year, 3 haven't arrived and I buy all sorts of phones from iPhones to cheap £10 Nokias, its happened to them all.0 -

You need better 'radar' then if you are so bad at spotting poor sellers.
I've been buying for 11 years, rarely if ever have issues.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I guess it depends what you buy. I don't really have one thing I buy a lot of - I just tend to look on ebay if I want something first. For example this past week or 2 I have bought some suncream, hair product, cat collars, cat tags and a phone charger. I am also on the whole happy to give it a week for something to arrive. I don't really consider waiting a week a huge problem because if I need it urgently I could probably buy it quicker on the high street but pay more. Missing items must also be in part the fault of the postman/depo?House saving Targets:

I have to say I've had more problems buying from Argos direct, but that's another story!0

Then you haven't been selling for long. If I list something now for £4.99 it costs me 15p. It used to cost me 20p listing fee plus 15p gallery fee.
FVFs have gone up, but i prefer having the higher costs on when I sell rather than higher costs just for listing. I don't think paypal fees have changed, but now I have a micro account I'm even saving there as well
I just wish I'd persevered with trying to get a micro account years ago instead of giving up when paypal made it too difficult.
I've been selling for 6 years, but i don't sell high value items, just random bits from around the house, so not expecting to make a mint anyway. But after you've taken listing fees, fvfs and paypal fees, there's not a lot left!0
