    I've been sorting out my jewellery box (more like a suitcase) 6 years working at accessorize as a student. 650 items from there.:o

    Going to crack on ebaying this afternoon. Was considering a carboot but don't have a table. I'm going to list fifty items (if I can be bothered) then see how they fare if they sell I'll upload some more, if not it is the season of table top sales:j

    That's a lot of items to list - hope it doesn't take you too long. We did a couple of car boots last summer, very useful for getting rid of bigger items that are no good for ebay.

    I think kids stuff sells really well at carboots.

    Thanks for the info. It's something I'm definitely interested in. It's just the deposit at the moment that's the problem.

    Good luck with ebaying the jewellery. It should do well.:)
    I can't be bothered updating this anymore

    eek none of my 100 items sold on ebay

    I started all my accessorise items at 99p, however, only did a 1 day listing (as I'm too impatient) - so may re list although may try a table top.

    On the plus side NSD

    Another garden quote in £4900:eek::eek::eek:

    Think we may still get it done though, be great for the kids. Waiting for Ohs bonus end of June before we decide, will get more quotes in the meantime

    we have a huge sloping plot. At the back the last owners just fenced a small flat patch, so we are extending that by putting a new fence up and flattening the rest of the garden. Means kids will be able to come straight out of the kitchen (albeit down 15 steps) house on a hill, and be fully enclosed. Back garden will triple in size, it is currently on 20X12 foot.

    At the side there is an old cracked, concrete very steep sloping drive that we are going to have removed, and turfed. 7 large trees which shouldn't be so close to the house need removing due to subsidence concerns.

    100ft lelandi in the front garden which means the lounge is very dark. Not helped by the fact the house is lower than road level, due to the slope.

    Re turf front garden 16ftx12ft, just cos turf is old and needs prucing up.

    Sounds like quite a transformation and a great garden is so important when you have children. Added bonus is that it will add value to your house too.

    My lovely tenants have paid their rent early (albeit only by a day)

    Done a little number crunching and have paid £530 over as an OP.
