I also have a PAYG account with Orange have had overcharging problems. None of my calls ever got listed online.
I got a refund after calling their Customer Services few times. If you get fobbed off call again and talk to someone else.
If you phone 450 as they ask, you will get charged. The landline number they ask you to call is expensive.
Best way is to ring 0800 0790 006 and make careful choices. If you do, you will get connected to a real person.
Ask them for a list of calls and charges on your account. They shuld also be able to tell you of any data calls that you may have made such as GPS from a smartphone.
I got a free £5 top-up plus another free £10 top-up when I joined.
Despite that due to errors made and the difficulty in getting that sorted I won't be buying anymore from them.
Besides there are other companies such as Tesco, Vectone and others offering PAYG calls for far less.0
