OK with Yahoo you can export the address book in one go into an excel CSV file then just import it to the new account that is quick and easy.
On another note any people who mail you who are safe just add them to your address book, to save mixing them up with your personal contacts make group file in the address book "Safe Senders" these will trained not to enter the bulk folder.
Also on the OPTIONS - SPAM section block domains you want to stop from SPAMMERS you can have up to 500 in the free account.
All this has kept my spam low I get one or two ads for Viagra and the usual c**p.
I hate spammers "Don't panic just chill out and smile"

As posted, try Google mail - I have not had one spam mail since changing to them! Ok you have to let all your contacts know but you can do this with one email. Let me know by PM if you would like an invite.gregg1 wrote:Same problem here - we are with Yahoo and for the last couple of weeks we have been getting the most vile spam emails coming through. Our security is up to date but would appreciate any advice on how I can stop this. I have a 14 year old who uses the laptop and really don't want her coming across this filth (84 of these received in just two days) - it is driving me round the twist.Any advice gratefully received."0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0
