    What do you mean "if caught". If you were not allowed to sell Adidas on ebay, they would stop you listing. I sold Ipods and the warning question re counterfeit items came up. It would be simple to bar the listing for the same reason.
    Of course there are fakes on ebay, loads of them. But 99%? The only way to come to that conclusion would be to buy a thousand and find 990 fakes.
    As a "legit" retailer, you may be just a touch biased.
