Good to have you here fellow cmc!!
its only £1 for the ppi dsar by the way!! lol! or is that a nice little hook for your clients?
Hello Pete,
Sorry but there is no such thing as a "ppi dsar"
There is a Sec 77/78 request, which is a simple copy of the credit agreement which will outline if the client has ppi or not added to the loan, this is charged at £1.00 giving the lender 14 days to respond plus they get another couple of weeks if they default.
We request a SAR (section 7 of the 98 DPA btw) which costs £10.00 and includes the full file on the client, all agreements, statements, and copies of contact between the client and lender. The lender has 40 days to comply with this request.
You really should know this mate.

Guys, it's late, I shall indeed give you my views on what the heck is going on with this BBA action at some point in the morning.
I come in peace, and will give you as much information as I can.
As other CMC's have already mentioned on this thread, we do communicate with both the FOS and the BBA.
Night all.

A sharp tongue is no indication of a keen mind.
The subject matter of this thread is as described at the beginning of the very first post:
''This is the discussion thread for the following MSE News Story:
Read the updated stories:
Banks join Lloyds in freezing PPI claims
and
Santander takes consumer side in PPI battle''
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=37422412&postcount=1
Is that clear enough for you?
I'm afraid that your initial post comes across as nothing more than a self indulgent puff to promote the virtues of your business.0 -

To be quite frank, Alpine, having read this thread through, I am wondering why you don't just lay your cards on the table and tell us who you represent?
Only a fool would believe you are on the consumer side, you "try" to play a smart game by getting those sly digs in, and coming across very obviously as a bank side snide, and then when pulled, you quickly retreat and copy&paste some info that gets the troops on the consumer side back on side.
Quite laughable, but very obvious.
I stated my background, so that in time to come, people would not question my motives/background.
I very much doubt this is something you could grasp, considering the angle you come from.
I am sorry you find yourself as such an ANGRY person in your life right now, but in time you will get better, if you allow it, that's the key.
Cheers

I don't represent anyone and you are completely wrong - I am very pro consumer.

I'm sure you are, and I'm sure you would not wish to compromise your position by telling the truth, ironic in all that sounds.
Why are you so angry?
All you seem to do his spew out hate and anger on this thread, get it sorted or you will ruin yourself.
When I wish to write about my views on the JR, I shall.
