Hi there I sold an item on eBay tonight, I had a mail from the winner saying " I got a new one of these yesterday can I change my mind" I mailed him back saying "no, you had all day to contact me or withdraw your bid." PayPal has notified me he has paid bur it has the delivery address marked as "unsecured" Will I be ok to…

Hi there

I had nothing about returns detailed. She said she was going to complain to eBay not Pay Pal. Would the fact I have the eMail saying she wanted to cancel help my case.

Also if Pay Pal refund them would I need to have received the goods back first ?
