It's all about playing the game, you get a bonus but out of that a certain 'donation' back up the line; keeps money in everyone's pockets and everyone's a winner....

I dont work for a small company so there are no such cosy in house arrangements.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
