    Gemmzie...my DD1 lost £1k on a house move that never went ahead just over a year ago. It was upsetting at the time but as it happened it was for the best as her OH had all his overtime cut shortly afterwards...

    we wasted 100(?) on a survey then got messed about by the seller so told him to get to stuff... then bought next door :)

    he then spent another 9 months selling cos he wis too greedy!!!

    I have double shredded then scoffed a (small) portion of leftover lasagne.

    Sammy - don't worry about my copy - Pooky kindly sent me a copy;) send the one you have sitting waiting to post to Suzy - it will definitely work Suzy and is only 20mins a session so well doable in the time you have.

    I did it about 5 days running then came down with a sinus infection and the subsequent glands/virus/blugh/lazyitis syndrome. Therefore I've concluded it makes me poorly and I shouldn't do it again.
