£500 Ben cap, not enough to live in London

There should be a 4-bed cap on housing. Let them share.
Any single parent can go into the smallest room for starters - they don't need the largest bedroom, but they don't see it like that. Mathematically challenged, that's what it is.0 -
I'm sure I read somewhere that it's likely to affect around 50,000 households in London, but i could have got that wrong.
Interesting article in the Sunday Times this weekend, focusing on an Afghan refugee and her kids who is receiving over £12000 per month in housing benefit alone.
Nice.
How many flipping kids does she have?
How old are they? And how many share bedrooms?I'm not cynical I'm realistic

Even if they could find somewhere to live in London for less than £300 wk rent/council tax they would prefer to live far away from London where less than half of their £500wk cap would go on rent and council tax.
Actually its worse than that, £25K divided by 52 wks is £480 per week.
"Family size also affects the scale of the reduction in income, not least because of plans to put a £25,000 cap on the total value of benefits that can be paid to any family, regardless of size."

But in London housing benefit and council tax benefit will make up most of that £480 per week?
When are these cuts coming in? What will this do to the property market especially in London?0
