My Age?

I stopped smoking nearly eight months ago & have put on a stone in weight.

I think I'm starting the menopause as my periods have become erratic - I'm late forties.

I've been feeling pretty stressed, anxious & having funny sweats especially when in bed.

Should I go to the GP? What happens? Do women go to the docs or just mention it when going for something else?

Loads of questions - lets have a talk about this women MSE'rs.
