GREENBEEread your post with interest. 30 day plan sounds a fab idea. I'm going to copy! I have had the year from hell- all out of my control but now i realise that I can control myself and what I do. So when kids in bed i'm doing my 30 day plan!

Well turns out my 'exhaustion' is the result of too high a dose of medication. Gone back to normal dose and lo and behold feel 100 times better! Although I wouldn't say I'm 100% i am definitely feeling more like myself! Going to give myself until Monday then will fly again! No kids this weekend so house will stay tidy!:j

Greenbee I like your 30 day plan too although I may have to tackle each week rather than each day because of work commitments (unless I can make OH do a lot during his half term). It looks like I will be doing a lot of list making tomorrow.

Have a look at Memory Girl's blog and the matrix thread on DFW, which is where I got the idea. The A2 paper works really well, as you can fit 4 boxes for each day on it. Or if you have one of those family planner calendars with multiple columns, that might work too. Just write your list first of the things you want to achieve in the 30 days, and then work out what you need to do to get there. Break it down into the smallest steps you can, so you have plenty of things you can cross off to give yourself a sense of achievement :D

Logs have been delivered. Supper is ready to go. Waiting for OH to get home so we can stack the logs in the nice log store he built me a couple of weeks ago :T

Busy work days have stuff like 'Health - meal plan' 'Work - book flight' 'House - call plumber' 'Garden - order logs' And the days when I'm travelling for work are obviously more complicated, so I work out which things I can use the time for (e.g. flights I can get ahead with work, but can't really do anything about the other things on the list...). Listing a task a day just makes it seem much more manageable.

Decluttered tea, been swanning around the kitchen, grinning like a cheshire cat because I can find stuff.

I will look at doing the 30 day plan too although I'm trying to keep up with the blog and the instructions by Mr Big there. These are on Memory Girls thread, well her blog is when you click on her name and see Memory Girls homepage....the blog is there.

Health wise I feel very grotty today, positive and inspiried but wiped out. I have been around quite a few people with virus's....not good and I got very angry at work yesterday because of someone's stupidity....that has a direct effect on energy levels I find.

Anyway off to bake some buns.

<snip> I need to get some help with my presentation skills... maybe I should check out memory girl's thread to see whether anyone there can help!

    hi Greenbee

always helps me to remember that old adage "tell them what you're going to tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you told them" :D:D

Another thing I found helpful is to record myself. It's amazing how that concentrates the mind ;):D

On the flying front - not a lot :o but am flinging loads, so I'm hoping that's going to help. Got the fire lit tonight, it's lovely! But it has reminded me that I need to move the pile of kindling currently residing in the coal bunker, so that I can fill the coal bunker with.. ooo.. coal!

Hope everyone is ok. Glad the meds are helping now aj.

Been running around a bit today to the vets and then to the bank and supermarket. Felt a bit funny earlier and sat down and ended up falling asleep for about 4 hours. Woke up with a bunged up nose, sore throat and aches all over. Think that explains why I have been so blue with the bug battling inside me.

Anyhow, cat is brighter and I am all snuggled up on the sofa which is just where I plan on staying this evening :rotfl:

Big loves, spoons and cuddles all round
